I was looking for a better option than Banfield for my dog. They were so kind. Such a nice office. It was first visit so we will see but so far I love it here!

My dog has a cyst that ruptured. Everyone was booked up, I couldn’t even go to the overnight hospitals. They said they didn’t have the proper equipment to take care of what she needed. The staff got me in fast, and took care of the urgency, while easing my anxiety all at the same time. They also made sure to give me all options to stay in my budget, while helping my dog! I really appreciate everything they have done! Highly recommend them!

UPDATE 08/13/2026: It truly saddens me that I have to leave this vet and look for another. I thought I had found a wonderful vet and staff in early 2025 and I did. Then things changed approximately a little over a month ago with communication when a new office manager came on board. A message for the doctor was supposedly put in the wrong mailbox and after waiting weeks I called again only to find this out. The new manager tried to blame it on Jackie the past receptionist, but I stated I didn’t leave the message with Jackie, but had left it with her the manager. I then had to wait another week because the doctor was out. I did receive a generalized text when the doctor returned stating she was catching up. I responded in detail what I had called about and never heard back by text, a call or even a email. I waited over a week again and heard nothing, so I finally just asked for the records of my 3 cats. True growth is not just about how many clients you add; it’s about how many you keep. Hopefully the clinic does not have a leaky bucket being caused by excessive gatekeeping. 2025: Dr McLean is just a wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She goes over everything in detail with you and listens to everything you tell her about your pet. Aubrey and Nellie are both excellent technicians and so caring with your pets. Kenia is a great and very helpful with running the front desk. I am so happy I chose Greenhill Animal Hospital. I think they will be very successful and an asset to the local area for pet owners. They are knowledgeable, understanding and show a genuine interest in caring for animals.

We had a great experience at Green Valley. Our dog is a sweet eyore old dog. But you wouldn’t know it at the vet. He has always acted insane. It was never a good experience at our prior vet in CA. What a difference today. I believe it was the kindness every employee and tech and vet at Green Valley was. They went out of their way to make Bruno feel comfortable even moving him to a larger room and giving him treats to build a rapport. By far the best vet experience we’ve ever had.
